Printer won't print a Word document
Help - My Dell AIO 928 printer won't print a Word document. I keep getting the message that the computer isn't communicating with the printer. Checked all cables and they are all plugged in correctly. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!

I had exactly the same problem with a different printer (V305). I shut down the computer, unplugged (literally) the printer, put the plug in again and turned on the printer. Then open the computer and went to my document from "documents' on the start button and clicked on print and lo and behold it worked. Hope this helps. Slaty

When you click on file, print, make sure the proper printer is selected from the drop down menu.
