Printing Envelopes

Hi,

I just bought a Cannon MP460 All in One Photo Printer and am having problems printing envelopes. I use Create a card and the print is at the top of the envelope with a line missing. There is no way to change the setting.

What is the best way to print an envelope? I went to MS Word and there is nowhere that says you can print an envolope.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

Pat

In Microsoft Word the option is under: Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes & Labels Easily done thru Word ... however, in some cases. it is hard to get word to update new addresses in it's address file .... You may want to look at a program called EasyMail which is very easy to use and allows address book updates very easily. http://www.easy-mail.com/

Are you sure you have MS Word?  I use MS Word (used Word 98 then 2000 and now 2003) and they all have envelope printing.  In MSWord 2003, it's click on Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels.

Thank you all very much for your help. In Word I went to Tools, letters and envelopes and it worked great!

Thanks again!

What does it mean when you get a message saying you have to log on to Microsoft Exchange to view your address book when printing envelopes?

What is Microsoft Exchange?

Thanks again.

I don't know.  Post that question on the MS Office/Works software board.
