Are you using the Epson "Web to Page" print add on or just printing from "File/Print" in Internet Explorer?  Or are you using some other browser such as Firefox?

 

But if it just started, use the System Restore and restore the PC to an ealier date and that should take care of it.  System Restore can be accessed under Accessories/System Tools.  System Restore won't delete any user data, music or e-mails but any programs you installed or updates you installed (or programs that you uninstalled) after the restore date will have to be reinstalled (or uninstalled).

Thanks for that. I have tried System Restore on all the dates my system says are available, but I get a message saying System cannot restore to that date. The problem I have is in printing a web page. I can download information and then print it, but if I try to print the web page, using any option, then it wont print. Any further suggestions would be gratefully received

There is an apparent Operating System problem if the System Restore dates listed are unavailable. Sounds like needed files were deleted.  I would post the System Restore problem on the Windows XP software section HERE 

 

The printing problem may be related to the possible Operating System problems (more than just the System Restore may be corrupted).  However, open Internet Explorer then click on Tools and the Internet Options.  Click the Advanced tab and then click the button to reset the Advanced options, then click Apply.  Close the panel and then close Internet Explorer.  Restart Internet Explorer and then try to print from a web site.

Thanks for your advise.  Resetting Internet explorer seems to have solved the problem. I am much obliged for yopur help.
