Well I am having a problem with my Smart Label program. I am new to windows 8 so bear with me. I inserted the disc but nothing happened like it use to do with 7. How do I get the program loaded? Why doesn't 8 auto detect like earlier versions?
I am having exactly the same problem with the internal error, only it locked my machine completely, and I had to restore Windows 8 to the factory instal - meaning I lost all the applications I had loaded!
Only had the machine a month, and I'm not Windows 8's biggest fan.
