Reseat K toner and K drum
I recently got a Dell C3760n printer at work, and I'm getting an error message that says "Reseat K toner and K drum." I took the black toner out and put it back in and restarted the printer like it said to, but the error message is still there. It said to contact Customer Support, and the code it's showing is 092-673. What can I do to get rid of the error message and start printing again? It was a rather large print job that caused the problem, but it looks like most of the pages had already printed when I got the error message. Thanks in advance!!
