Got the same problem. I've reset the printer, and reconnected it to the network. I'm trying to use DHPC now, but my printer doesn't receive an IP address. Instead, the printer settings page displays an internal address: 169.254.200.4.
I also tried to assign a static IP address via my router, based on the printer MAC address, but that didn't work either.
Some howtos describe a solution using some Windows toolbox, but I'm on MacOS.
