Scanning from "Scan to" button on control panel in B1163w printer
User manual says press "Scan to" on control panel to scan a document. When I press this, nothing happens. I have to go into Scan Assistant to scan a document. What is "Scan to" supposed to do?

Hello Mickey9121,
Thank you for posting to the forum. Scan to PC is designed for USB connections only, you didn't specify how the printer is setup for communication. To use the feature you must also have the full Dell Printer Manager software package installed on the computer. If you have further questions please feel free to contact support via phone or chat.
