In regards to my previous post, the message now reads " LOAD PAPER" and then press the menu button. I can hear the rollers turning but the paper does not go down even after I press the menu button.

Thank you for responding to my message on Christmas Day. I followed the instructions and went through the wizard. The picture they showed of the Dell Printer on which they demonstrated cleaning the roller WAS NOT my 922 printer. The printer used in the wizzard was NOT MY PRINTER. There is no such roller on my printer. They had my tag number so they should know which printer I have. Any way it didn't work. I have tried every solution I could find on this forum and I still want to know where the sensor that ( MICHAEL 626 ) refered to is located.

hmnn.. what i know of about this sensor is that.. it is the setting that u can change right on the printer preference.. it's not the actual sensor thingy that u can touch on the printer. anyways, may i know what u wanna locate this sensor on your printer?

I see what you mean about the sensor setting in printer preferences. I changed the setting to "plain paper." It did no good.

The reason I believe that the sensor is an actual physical object also is that (Michael 626) on a response to a thread on page 21 of the Inject Printer Forum (the second post from the top of the page: the one with 21 responses) any way this gentleman said that he BENT the sensorback down and that fixed the problem. If the problem reoccured he BENT it again. This sounds to me like an actual physical object.
