Setting up a Print Server

I am currently trying to sset up a Print Server. The server is a Dell PowerEdge 2850 and is ready for printers to be installed. I have 43, that must be networked through out my organization, 1710n printers that I need to install. I have added one printer already, however my concern is how do i add the rest? Do i use the OS to add the printers then use the IP utility to configure once online? I have been all through the set up HELP feature on the install disk and have even called support but no deffinate answers. Any info would be great on the best practices to use for the 1710n printer on networks. Thanks
