TWAIN functions disabled
I recently bought a Dell V515w and when I try to scan something into a third party software (firstserv) the scanner that comes up to select from is Dell V 310-V510 Series TWAIN. When I try to scn I get an error that says "Failure: A fatal error has occured inside the TWAIN manager, TWAIN functions are disabled". Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can fix it? I can scan to the network and to the computer just not into this software that requires TWAIN to work.

You'll manually point the program to the program files folder with the .exe file for firstserv, may look something like firstsserv.exe then tell it what type of file you want, like .jpg .rtf .pdf
