Trouble Scanning Multiple Pages on Dell All in One
Hi,
I am using my Dell All in One 946 strictly as a scanner. I do not have ink cartridges in it. It is attached to my computer which has Windows 7.
I have no problem scanning single pages because when I get the "Right Cartridge Missing" and "Left Cartridge Missing" messages on the machine, I just click the check mark and move past them to Scan Mode. For some reason, when I get to "Scan to," a "Downloading Applications" message appears, yet nothing is ever downloaded. This does not prevent me from making single scans.
I cannot not find the "All in One" Center that is mentioned in the manual. Would anyone know why? I tried to follow the instructions on p. 50-51 of the manual, however I cannot check a box that says "Scan multiple items before output," if I cannot find the Center.
Can anyone suggest a way that I can scan multiple pages by loading several document pages into the ADF imput tray? I would really appreciate help. I am a senior, so please keep it simple. Thank you in advance.

CATON308,
The Dell All-In-One Center is in the drivers package. Do you have the OCR Program installed?
