Unable to use Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool on two printers

Hi-

I have a 5230cdn and 5460dn printer and I'm unable to access the Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool. However, I'm able to print to the printers (via IP address) just fine. Since I'm relatively new to Dell printers, I'm not sure where I should be looking or what to try.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
