V313 printer not recognizing new ink
My color ink was empty and my black was low so I replaced both cartridges. Yes I took the blue tape off. First error message I got was color not seeded. I took everything out and cleaned everything up and shook ink. Now the printer tells me both the brand new cartridges are empty. Thinking of throwing my printer out the window to fix it for good and try a new brand. Help

The Printer Does Not Recognize the Ink Cartridge or Only Prints in One Color
And here is a Replacement Printhead if needed. I suspect the printhead may have malfunctioned.

hmmm i had already tried all of the above - and managed to stain the bedspread shaking the cartridge. Now I have to order a pmall piece of plastic that cost 1/3rd the cost of the entire printer. Not too awesome.
