V313 printer -

After making a copy from the printer, a blank sheet appears.    Any suggestions?   Thank You.

Hi,

This issue can be related to the cartridges or scanner bed.

Also, wanted to check if it is able to print/scan a document from the computer?

If not, we can do few troubleshooting steps to isolate if it is cartridge or the printer which is causing the issue:

  • Reseat the printer cartridge.
  • Check if the cartridge has been installed correctly in the print head.
  • Check for the ink levels in the cartridges.
  • Clean the cartridges and then take a copy from the printer.

If the above steps do not work try the following steps,

1)      From the printer control panel, press OK.

2)     Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Maintenance, and then press OK.

3)      Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Deep Clean Print Head then press OK.

4)     Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Align Printer, and the press OK.

If this does not work, then you would need to replace the ink cartridges.
