I have installed the drivers. The printer is working on the USB cable. The problem as I understand, is that I need the software installation CD to be able to run the wireless connection. Is it possible for someone to email to me a copy of the CD?
The drivers will allow you to install the printer on your wireless network(see instructions above). It will work only on 2.4GHz and with WPA, WPA2, WEP and NO security.

DellCommunity123,
You can install the drivers and setup the printer without the CD but the CD would be needed to scan to Word, Adobe Reader and Fax.
First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue.
Disconnect the printer.
Start, control panel, programs and features, your printer, uninstall.
Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
Download the Vista 32-bit drivers from Dell V515w Wireless All In One Printer - (RED) owners thread
On the printer, click on the wrench, look for reset the wireless adapter back to factory settings.
Install the printer drivers, choose network, new installation, then follow the instructions.
Remember virus programs and firewalls will block communications.
