Did you try the HP Business Inkjet 2800 Printer drivers? If this is a network printer, you might be able to try, start, control panel, devices and printers, add a printer and if you know the ip address of the printer, it may also find it for you. If that doesn't work, then try installing the printer using the XP or Vista 64-bit drivers in the Compatibility mode
Remember virus programs and firewalls will block communications.

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs in the queue.
Disconnect the printer.
Uninstall the printer.
Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
