Wireless Connection To Existing Router

I have a Dell printer, Model 3000cn, which has a standard RJ45 connection in the back of the printer.

I've been using a Belkin Range Extender, with the printer plugged into the extender, and connected to my U-verse wireless router.  I've been using a Belkin Range Extender, but would like to use a wireless connection from the printer to the router.  U-verse had to change the router and modem, and now the Belkin will not connect, and it will not set up again.

Are there any options available, such as an adapter which talks directly to the U-verse router?

Dennis AB,

Don't know a lot about Dell Laser printers.

You mentioned Belkin.

Try setting up using NO security and see if it works. Then try using WEP Security. They should both communicate. When yo go to WPA-PSK(TKIP)Security(personal) or WPA-AES, the Belkin will have problems communicating. Have found some Belkin product have problems determining the difference between WPA-PSK and WPA-AES.

Let me know your findings.

Rick
