a920 windows 7

Question

I have an old Dell A920 printer. I've managed to get the scanner to work but it will not print. It is set as default printer and it says it is working , ready to use but no documents will print. I have put new cartridges in but still nothing. Also, the Dell Printer Solutions Centre is not there.I have the original installation disc Can anyone help please?

Amber1,   Did you try installing the Vista 64-bit drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode?   Rick
