The symptom is because of the paper, not the functionality of the laser printer. Inkjet photo paper will not work in the C3765DNF laser printer and could damage the internal components. You must purchase photo paper specifically designed for use in a laser printer. I do not see any on our website. Check with Staples or Office Depot.
