It's not a Vista problem, as I have Vista but I have Office 2003 so I'm using the 2003 version of Publisher. I have an Epson RX700 (all in one) and I printed two copies of a two page document and the Colate block was checked and it printed one copy of the document and then the second copy of the document.
It would appear to either be something in Pub 2007 or a setup in the Printer. You may want to repost this on the MS Office section of the forum HERE and someone familiar with Pub 2007 may be able to tell you if it is a problem with Publisher 2007.
If it's the Epson, make sure you have the latest and proper drivers. Check the Epson download site for the latest Vista drivers.
