hello,
I would like to know if the all in one dell A810 are able to print document in black.I bought one but it just printing in color.is it a problem or not?

You should be able to do this.
Go to printers and faxes.
Click on Dell 810 printer.
Click on preferences.
Check the box, print in Black and White.
***You still need to have both the cartridges in the printer for it to work.***

Hi,
I have the Dell AIO 810 all-in-one printer running off a Inspiron 1525 with Vista. This is for a non-profit summer swimming program. Anytime I try to print something it prints, but the printing status stops at 99%, and then freezes there, so nothing else can print after. I tried de-installing and re-installing the printer according to the information on this forum, but still the same problem. Even if I go into the control panel and try to cancel the printing, it confirms that I want to, but nothing happens, the status stays as "Deleting - printed".
I need this working for Wednesday meet, please help???

Try using this and see what happens.
