dell b1260dn mono printer- will not print

Check out the paper jam or photo paper blocking your paper feed. Had trouble with mine printing for no reason when trying to print on the small photo paper. Found that a large photo sheet had curled over itself and stopping the print.

Since you already removed the trays and checked that the cover door is closed, the problem may be the result of jammed print carriage or your printer must be working really hard.

Try powering off the printer and then open the cartridge access door. Move the cartridge slightly to check if it moves freely and if there are obstructions.

Once you're done with that step, you can close the cartridge doors.

However, if the problem occurs again, I highly recommend that you seek the help of a technician.
