load program
I just got a new laptop. Last one 7 yrs old.When I click on start, I don't see an option to click on programs. How do I get to programs to load printer from cd?

7 year old drivers are not appropriate for Windows 7 or 8 64 bit. Your printer may not have Windows 7 or 8 64 bit drivers. Tell us the specific printer model and we can help you look for drivers online.
