need driver or software for the 922 AIO station
After my computer crashed, I was able to get all the updates and drivers for the printer to work. However, I now no longer have the control station for faxes, scanning, etc. Is there a download I need to reinstall the control station on the Dell all in one printer?

Slingerss,
Make and model of your computer and operating system. 32-bit or 64-bit?
What virus protection and firewall are you using?

Slingerss,
First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs in the queue.
Disconnect the printer.
Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.
Restart your computer.
Download the Vista 32-bit drivers. Install the Vista 32-bit drivers. You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on)
Links to the patch/drivers can be found at...

It is a Compaq Presario with Vista 32 bit. And, I have Norton 360 software with their firewalls.

Well it took a bit but you are a MASTER! I had to "manually remove the existing drivers", and then disable the norton BUT got the drivers to download and they unzipped perfectly when I went directly into the Documents and downloads section.......... Just did my first test page and it worked perfectly. The all-in-one console is back, and loads perfectly. Thank you so much for your help. It now works alot better than it did and this "crash" is now getting a bunch of problems fixed!
Thanks,
Shari
