I have been through 4 new printers in one week all with thesame issue saying "printer jam" turn off and then on again... i have been through all the steps that dell chat has given me and all they wanna do is send me a new printer and as ive said ive been through 4 new ones in 1 week all with the same issues, the paper goes in and comes right out the back and says printer jam..HELP
