photo printer 540

I have been through 4 new printers in one week all with thesame issue saying "printer jam" turn off and then on again... i have been through all the steps that dell chat has given me and all they wanna do is send me a new printer and as ive said ive been through 4 new ones in 1 week all with the same issues, the paper goes in and comes right out the back and says printer jam..HELP

Are you using the 4x6 photo paper that was supplied with the 540? If not, what are you attempting to use?

yes im using the dell4 x6 cards they sent with the machine

it happens evrytime i havent gotten it to print once yet, i have used the pc and a memory stick

Are you printing from your PC, Camera or Memory Card?
 
Does it happen everytime?

Did they replace the whole printer(power cord, paper, paper tray, cartridge, printer unit) everytime?
 
Or just parts of it?

they replaced  just the printer 3 xs and then on the 4th they gave me more paper and new ink cartidge but still same problems

Was this issue ever resolved?   I'm having the same exact problem.  Of what I'm reading, I'm not too happy!
