Below are some steps to perform on the printer to see if they will resolve the error.

  1. Che ck that there is no damage to the paper and that the guides are adjusted to fit the paper.
  2. Check the he paper size in the tray matches the paper size set in the Print Driver.
  3. Check that the newest firmware is being used. If not install the latest firmware 
    Power off the printer and unplug the printer from the wall outlet before completing the following steps to check the tray.

Check also the amount of paper you can add for the paper size you added.
