printhead needs to be replaced

This is the SECOND time the V313W printer has told me the printhead had to be replaced.  Cleaning it does no good whatsoever.  I had to replace the first printer and now this is the second printer with the same problem.

This is extremely annoying and I cannot continue to replace the DELL printer because I cannot even get into any of the settings to set up maintenance.  Horrible product.
