Error on Dell Data Vault

Question

Hey guys: sorry for my poor English (in advance). After weeks of investigating what the problem was, I found that when the supportassist aplication is executed it gives me error in the event viewer (The Dell Data Vault Collector service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s), at the same time that my external HDD is disconnected. I also reviewed in the application (supportassist) system history, and actually also log the error. This happened after the application was updated on June 2, 2017. From there began the errors and the disconnection of the external HDD. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS.
