I looked at my Works 8.  Do you want to make a sheet of labels all the same?

If you want to just make one label and waste the rest of the sheet, pick the first item for Multiple entry labels.  Then pick your Avery 8160 out of the list.  It will make a document with the 8160 layout.  Just fill in one label on the page and print.

If that's not helpful,  reply and I'll try to give you more help.

I don't use Works, but in MS Word, after you select the Avery product from the list and click ok, you then click the New Document button. Word opens a new doc with gridlines matching the sheet of labels.

Just type the info into the box for one label and print it. The rest of the labels are blank and you can repeat the process, using a different box each, time until the entire sheet is used. Nothing wasted -assuming the label sheet can handle multiple passes through the printer.

After a while -at least with my laser printer- the sheet starts to curl from the heat and I may not be able to use the last 1-2 labels, but with my inkjet I've run the Avery sheet over and over until it's completely used.

Thanks gang for your all your help.  I managed to get what I wanted using the multiple label option with MS Works by simply entering the one label info.
