As you mentioned you have searched most of the forums and blogs, have you tried to Uninstall and then Re-Install Dell Backup and Recovery? If no, please uninstall Dell Backup and Recovery from the programs option in the control panel. Then download the software from the Dell Backup and Recovery website and reinstall:
