if you are using IE9 there will be a lot of problem to post forum DELL. but you can use IE8 it will work. IE9 does not supports DELL for it's processor is not so high capacity . you can read more
dell sometime does not work with IE8 for a particular server. you can check with change server and ip address. CPU needs to be USB portable for work this out.
