Cannot Access Dell DataSafe Online after setting it up
Hello,
I registered for my free 2GB storage but having done this it then came back with "not enough space" (new laptop with nothing on it except windows!
Next time I tried it hangs on the "connecting to Dell DataSafe online" and if I go to the web site it does not recognise my account - is there a time lag for the account to be created?
Anybody else have problems?

Were you able to log in eventually or are you still having trouble?
The not enough space message most likely refers to the fact that you have selected more than 2 GB worth of data to be backed up. That can easily happen if you have movies or a lot of music on your computer (I've got about 50 GB :-] ). The datasafe client requires some temporary disk space in order to run your backup but on a new computer that should definitely not be an issue.
