Create booklet with Word

I have been use to using Lotus Wordpro for word processing. I like it because it enables me to put my notes into a A5 booklet. I simply create an A5 page and in properties click on 'booklet' and it does the rest for me. When it prints out my notes all I have to do is fold the pages in half and I have my notes in a booklet. Very handy.

Can anyone explain, step by step, how I can achieve this using Microsoft Word. I am sure Microsoft can do it, but I cannot see any sign of a booklet template. Any help would be appreciated.
