Well I managed to figure out the problem on my own and it is do to what I consider a bug or a very poor design in DMX.

When DMX is first run after it is installed it will download the information needed to display the Extra menu entries and put that data in the "TEMP" directory. Well I periodically delete everything in the "TEMP" directory since all the files in their are supposed to be garbage or temporary files. Windows XP disk clean wizard will do the same thing.

Apparently DMX never redownloads this data if it is missing. It also doesn't appear to periodically update the data (at least it hasn't done so for a few weeks).

So if you delete the temp files you have to trick DMX into thinking you just reinstalled. You can do so by deleting the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CyberLink\PowerCinema" registry key. You might not need to delete the entire key, but I don't feel like figuring out which registry entry does this.

Oh and BTW there is an internet radio (MusicMatch Radio) built into the Extras menu which never gets displayed because it is set not to. To get this to display create a link to the file C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\Extension\MusicMatchRadio\MMRadioExtra.xml and place the link in the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CyberLink\Media Experience\DMX More Applications . You may also need to run the register.bat file in the C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\Extension\MusicMatchRadio\dll directory.

Morac,

I tried the Radio thing with DMX Basic and DMX Deluxe. It never showed up.

It turns out that the radio DMX will appear under the Music menu so you don't need to do the steps I mentioned above for that.
