I am having the same issue, it is asking me to change the audio settings since DTS is not supported on my Dell laptop. I go into settings and I cannot find the settings to change audio from DTS to anything else. Please help..

It's okay now. I managed to redownload Dell Media but now i'm paranoid that it's going to happen again. Is there an explanation for why it did that?
faz09 you could try redownloading the software, it worked for me :)

It worked (thanks gloomshine!), however I used the program that was on disc included with the packaging of my laptop, I did not download it.

You indicated that you re-downloaded the software and that fixed your problem. Where did you do this? I have looked so that I might do the same and have been unable to find it. I have tried numerous times to contact Dell either by phone or through this forum and I am having no luck. Thanks.
