Dell Backup and Recovery upgrade button not available after Windows 10 upgrade.

Please help or explain, I wanted to upgrade to Premium backup and recovery. However, the option page appears blank. Am I no longer able to upgrade after the Windows 10 upgrade completed?

The help page just tells me to the following:

To upgrade, launch the application and click the
"Upgrade to the Premium" button from the Home screen
