I suggest that you first create the recovery CDs. Then completely uninstall the ‘Data safe Local Backup’ from the system. To uninstall, click ‘Start’> ‘Control Panel’’ > ‘Program and Feature’ and uninstall Data safe Local Backup. Restart the system and install the software once again from the link given below:
I have done as you have suggested which has updated the software to V9.4.67. Now, when I go from the scheduling screen I am faced with the following error:
QTool Lite Command Line Mode
"/Capture parameter must be an existing path string"
This is followed by the unhandled exception error and application will exit dialogue as previously described, upon which the application closes.
Please note the files and folders backup works, it is the full system backup process that is causing the error.
I am researching on this issue. I will post once I get further information. I also request you to send a private message with the service tag of the system to check the system specification .
I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.
I am sending you a private message as well. Click on “Inbox” to respond to the message and provide system’s Service Tag and contact details so I may access your system records and check for further course of action. You could also click on Start Conversation to send a private message.
I have tried to message you the service tag but the messaging system does not appear to be working i.e. I can start the conversation and submit it but then it never shows as being sent or the activity being recorded. I also don't have a PM from you either. I shall try again later.

Hi,
