The Dell Music stage has the basic music genre options available and you might wait for an update to happen.
If you accept auto updates, you will receive a pop up reminder when updates are available; you can download the same and check.
You may also uninstall and reinstall the software, to re-install please click on the link below.

Thank you for your response, if you’ve purchased a PC pre-loaded with Dell Stage, update alerts can be accessed through the Dell Support Center tile or via automatic alerts. In order to enable the auto updates, please install the Dell Support Center by clicking on the link below.

I don't find The Support Center Tile, and I installed that.

Thank you for your response, after the installation of the Dell Support Center the tile comes automatically on your Desktop screen.
Restart the computer and under control panel, programs please check if the Dell Support Center application is installed correctly.
If not you might have to remove and re-install the same by clicking on the link below.
