Dell Support Version 5.0.0.630 vs. Dell Support 3

When I open the "Dell Support Settings" application currently installed on my computer and click "About," I see " Dell Support Version 5.0.0.630".  That sounds like it should be Dell Support 5; but I don't know if there even IS a Dell Support 5.  Exactly what version of Dell Support do I have, and how can I tell?

 

According to the Dell PC Checkup web site ( http://pccheckup.dellfix.com/rel/?randseed=0.45329077034546466), there is a Dell Support 3.  The Dell PC Checkup web site doesn't seem to work with my computer--but shouldn't it?  After all, I have a Dell Dimension 4700 computer, purchased from Dell.

 

Does the version of Dell Support that I have on my computer--whatever it is--provide the same functionality as the "Dell Support 3" on the Dell PC Checkup web site?

 

Finally, should the Dell PC Checkup web site be updated or modified so that ALL Dell Dimension users are using the latest and greatest version of Dell Support?
