Try going to start run and type in MSCONFIG. Click the startup tab and uncheck the box next to the datasafe Local Backup to see if that will stop the popup.
I am having the same problem. A Dell Datasafe Local Backup pop-up keeps coming up and I tried what you recommended 'Dell Datasafe Local Backup' doesn't appear in the MSCONFIG window. I've tried clicking on 'Do Not Remind Me' and restarting my computer and that does not work either. Please advise.
