Error Message installing Office 2003

I get a message during installation of Office 2003 that a required file:YS561401.cab could not be found.  Anyone have this or know why.  The only thing I can think of is when I used Norton to delete some adware files, I possibly deleted this by mistake.  My PC is only 6 weeks old, so I assume the file was there when I purchased it - Dell4600.
