How to contact technical support online for dell datasafe product

I would like to email or register online a technical problem with Del Datasafe product, but am unable to do so. Phoning is not an option for me. Please advise how to do this. I have attempted to do this using PC service tag, but this fails as PC is bought in UK and does not get recognised. In any case the issuer is not with the Dell PC, but the Dell datasafe product for which support appears to be impossible to contact.

I have a similar problem.  I have just installed a new hard disk in my 4-year-old Inspiron 1525 and  thereby had to reinstall Dell Datasafe.  I am not a MS Office user, and the preset definitions for Documents do not include suffixes for WordPerfect products.  I had added those suffixes to my previous installation, but now I don't see how to get into the settings and modify them again, if necessary.

The DataSafe page sends me to Dell Support, which won't talk to me since the computer is out of warranty. However, I have just paid for another 12 months of DataSafe service.
