How to remove other users fingerprints from DDP pre-OS?

Latitude E6520

Windows 7 64 bit SP1

Dell Data Protection 2.1.0001.002

We have moved some users from standalone machine profiles to domain joined profiles and of course the DDP fingerprints are still enrolled into pre-boot  and the user cannot re-enrol their fingerprints. Searching for "Dell Data Protection Remove Users Fingerprints" yielded this document.

and this http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN289004/EN both of which allude to an administrator being able to log on and remove users or delete  their fingerprints, however, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this. Is this only available on later software? The only version I can see that is specified for this laptop is version 2.3, which I'm pretty sure is similar to the version installed

Does anyone know of a way to remove users without having to reset the entire system?
