Inspiron 3670 backup report lists unidentified devices

My backup software (Ashampoo Backup Pro 12) is set to back up all of my drives. I'm getting an error message

The disk 'dsp:2986a752-190c-4b1a-bd8f-bc155dc484cd-1048576' was not backed up because it is not accessible at the moment.

The disk 'wvn:fc48adda-4165-45fb-ab25-c46715e61be8' was not backed up because it is not accessible at the moment.

Perhaps these are hidden or system devices the software is detecting, but I don't know what they are. If I could identify them I might be able to exclude them from the backup. Any suggestions?
