Try the following:
Exit Outlook
Windows Key/R
Type the following:
%appdata%\microsoft\outlook
Rename the outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Rename the extend.dat to extend.old
Try starting Outlook. If the problem persists, create a new profile. Insturctions << here >>
If the problem still persists, let me know.
