Microsoft Office missing from my order
We ordered a computer in November, received in a couple of weeks ago, and we are setting it up today. We ordered Microsoft Home & Student 2016 and it's not on the computer and it's also not in the box anywhere.
Does anyone know if it usually comes installed? Or a physical copy in the box?
Our packing slip was also taken out/off the box.
I've emailed Dell but don't expect a response until Wednesday...

There is a card with the activation key that is easy to miss. It is tucked away inside the box flap or another part of the box. Carefully look through everything in the box and among any papers. When you find it, go to Office Downloads to download Office--
products.office.com/.../download-back-up-restore-microsoft-office-products
