New Dell8300 missing dll error?
I think this is a software problem. I get this error dialogue titled "RoxWatchTray120EM error" on startup. Message is "missing Layoutdll120EM.dll. Reinstall sofware".
I assume something went wrong with Roxio but no Roxio CD shipped with PC. Dell software downloads from My Account not working. Any suggestions?

Roxio should be available in the My Dell downloads. If it's not there or you can't access it contact Dell Support. Dell Support is the only one that can get things corrected under warranty on a new PC.
We are only users helping users on this forum, not Dell employees.
