Outlook 2007 multiple @ in SMTP message-id
I have Outlook 2007 sp1 running on windows vista business edition. I have an email account setup pointing at my isp POP/SMTP server. When I send out email the SMTP Message-ID header created by Outlook includes multiple @ characters which is invalid per RFC 822. In particular it gets marked as SPAM by spam detection engines.
Here is a typical set of headers when I send out email:

It's possible that you have some malware on your machine that is affecting Outlook, or it may be a problem with Outlook itself.
Try this first: In Outlook, Help>Office Diagnostics. This will diagnose and repair problems with the applications.

I have Mcaffee installed so If it's malware it's not being picked up by that. In fact this problem occurs on another laptop I own.
I have run Office Diagnostics but nothing shows up.
