Outlook Detect and Repair returns an Error 1311: Source file not found ZF561407.CAB

I have been trying to hot Sync my Outlook 2003 Contact list with Pocket Mirror by Chapura.  Keep getting an error 00008001 Unable to communicate with Outlooks OLE Automation Interface.  Chapura support  recommends doing a Detect and Repair process in Outlook.  When I run that process I get an Error 1311: Source file not found ZF561407.CAB.  I understand from other messages that Dell does not include this file on the MS Small Business Addition 2003 that came preloaded on my PC.  Being a user and not a technical type, can anyone explain what to do here??
