There are two options available to you. One is to create a new OE account (details
here. If it works properly you can then delete the account you are presently using. Occasionally, making sure that the POP3 and SMTP addresses are correct will not fix a corrupted account.
Your option is to reinsall OE. Assuming you are using Windows XP, instructions are
here.

I have high speed connection from Comcast. I checked these error msgs with Comcast customer service: the connection account configurate correctly, assumption had been made that it can be a virus that did corrupt one of Outlook Express files.
The error message is specifically stating that the server is responsible for the dropped connection. The email server is on Comcast's side of the court. If you are paying them to be your ISP, I suggest you hit them up hard for technical support. I highly doubt that a virus on your end would generate messages stating that "your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection." Make sure you tell Comcast that error number.

Thank you Denny for your prompt respond. I didn't use your advises because my OE came back
to its full functionality. The problem was on ISP (Comcast) side. Today they fixed the problem
and I started rev/send e-mails using OE. But I've got another problem: all my previous e-mails
has been deleted from all OE folders. Let see how long it will take to them to recover my e-mails
and bring them back to my account.

Thank you for your prompt respond. You were absolutely right about the problem
that was on Comcast side. Who miss lead me was the comcast customer rep.
that decide that the problem was with OE. Today OE working normaly, but after
they fixed the problem ( and I don't know what exactely they did) I lost all my previous
e-mails in every OE folder. So I talked to Comcast Cust. Serv. to find the way to
recover them back. Let see what they can do.
